Client Overview
Terê Market is an App in the e-commerce format that brings together micro and small companies in the city of Teresópolis. The initiative to create this platform was to help small and medium-sized businesses in the city to stabilize during the pandemic and revolutionize the city's virtual service.
My Role
As a Product Designer, I was responsible for the entire process and structuring of UX research (qualitative, quantitative, benchmark, organizational matrices, Desk research, etc.) UX Strategy (metrics and ROI), UX Writing (tone of voice, tests writing, attention test, etc.) and all creation of the ideation process and execution of UI design tests (wireframes, usability tests, low, medium and high fidelity prototype, style guide, logo, etc). The platform was highly evaluated by experts in the field and can generate millions for partner companies in the next year with the solutions developed in the case study.
My experience as a Product Designer reinforced the importance of an integrated approach to design, combining in-depth research, results-focused UX strategy, effective communication through UX Writing and innovation in UI development. Practicing at every step of the process has not only honed my technical and creative skills, but also taught the importance of aligning design and business strategy to achieve commercial success and industry recognition. This journey highlighted how a well-executed design can be a significant differentiator in the market, generating value for both companies and end users.
